3. We review it
We aim to review requests within 24–48 hours. Provider delivery and additional checks can take longer.
Checks protect the shared reward pool.
A request may be reviewed for account ownership, offer eligibility, fraud prevention and correct payout details. You can ask for human review if a request is not approved.
