You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must provide accurate information, keep one account for your own use, and protect your sign-in details. EarnBeam assigns your account a stable internal identifier so partner activity can be attached to the correct member.

Offers are initially intended for eligible users in the United States. If we make UK offers available, the relevant country, currency and regional terms will be shown. We may refuse or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or a material breach of these Terms.

Offers are supplied by third parties and vary by country, device, eligibility and availability. Before taking part, open the offer and review the partner’s full requirements, reward steps, timing, and any purchase, trial or subscription terms. Participation is optional. Starting or clicking an offer does not itself create a reward.

You must enter through the offer link supplied to your account and complete the partner’s requirements using eligible, genuine activity. A partner may change, pause or remove an offer. An offer you already started may remain available for you to continue even after it closes to new users.

Eligible United States and United Kingdom members receive one welcome credit after completing account setup and accepting these Terms: $5.00 USD for a USD account or £5.00 GBP for a GBP account. The welcome credit is part of your available balance and counts toward the applicable withdrawal minimum. It is limited to one per member and may be withheld or reversed where an account is duplicated, fraudulent, ineligible, or credited because of a technical error.

Glitchy provides the offer service and tracks eligible events. An offer reward is added to your EarnBeam ledger only after we receive and validate a signed completion notice. The amount shown to you is your user reward; partner revenue information is not your reward. Processing and reporting can take time, and we cannot promise that every click or attempted completion qualifies.

If a partner later reverses or adjusts a completion—for example because it was invalid, duplicated, refunded, charged back or did not meet the offer rules—we may apply the corresponding negative adjustment. Your balance may become negative and future credits may first offset it. We will not invent or manually award an offer completion that the tracking records do not support, but you may ask us to review a disputed reward.

The minimum withdrawal is $30.00 for a USD balance. Where a genuine GBP balance is supported, the minimum is £30.00. These are separate local thresholds, not a statement that USD and GBP have the same exchange value. Balances are not converted or relabelled merely because a user changes location.

You may request up to your available confirmed balance using an option shown for your country and currency. We reserve the amount immediately while the request is pending. We aim to review requests within 24–48 hours after receipt; this is a review target, not a guaranteed delivery time. Delivery can take longer because of weekends, security checks, incorrect details, or a payout provider’s processing time.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify ownership, eligibility or payout details. You are responsible for entering the correct regional store and delivery email. A pending request may be cancelled from your account; a request already processing or paid cannot be cancelled. If a request is not approved, the reserved funds return to your available balance unless a separate valid adjustment applies.

You must not use VPNs or location spoofing to misrepresent eligibility; emulators, bots, automation or anti-detect browsers; duplicate or farmed accounts; false information; unauthorised payment methods; manipulated referrals; or any method intended to defeat device, identity or offer checks. You must not interfere with EarnBeam, Glitchy, an advertiser, or another user.

We may maintain, update or discontinue parts of the service and may change available partners, methods, thresholds or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated reasonably before they take effect where required. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or affects mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for your breach of an offer’s terms, or for outages and actions outside our reasonable control. EarnBeam is not employment, a savings account or a guaranteed source of income.

Contact support@earnbeam.co with your member details, offer name, approximate time, and relevant evidence. Decisions involving fraud controls or a rejected withdrawal can be requested for human review. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but mandatory protections and court rights available to you where you live remain unaffected.
