1. Controller and contact
AFFAIM LTD is the controller responsible for EarnBeam. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16817731, with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Privacy questions can be sent to support@earnbeam.co.
2. Information we collect
- Account data, including email, authentication identifiers, verification status and account dates.
- Profile and questionnaire answers, including username, age group, optional gender, device choice, goal and offer interests.
- Offer and reward data, including your stable internal member ID, clicks, offer and event names or IDs, transaction IDs, tracking values, amounts, currency, status and reversals.
- Withdrawal data, including amount, method, delivery email, status, review notes and payment references.
- Technical and usage data, including country inferred from the request, browser or device type, security logs, session information, and estimated active time.
- Messages and evidence you send when requesting support or disputing a reward.
3. Device and anti-fraud checks
Device checks run on the offer page when Glitchy indicates that a fresh check is needed. The served script can assess browser and device signals such as rendering characteristics, fonts, timezone and IP consistency, and signs of a VPN, emulator, anti-detect browser or multiple-account farming. EarnBeam does not build a separate fingerprinting system around it.
We use these checks to protect honest users, prevent abuse, secure the service and assess offer eligibility. The current offer launch is limited to the United States. Before enabling offers in a jurisdiction that requires prior consent for this technology, we will introduce the required consent control there. If a required check cannot run, relevant offers may not be available.
4. Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide and filter offers for a member’s country and device; understand member interests; link signed partner completions to the correct member; maintain balances; prevent duplicate credits and fraud; process and review withdrawals; provide support; analyse service performance; comply with legal obligations; and establish or defend legal claims.
Depending on the activity and your location, our legal basis may be performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating a secure rewards service, compliance with law, or consent where required. We do not use questionnaire answers to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you.
5. Where information comes from
We receive information directly from you, from your browser or network request, from authentication providers, from Glitchy and its offer suppliers when they report clicks and conversions, and from payout providers when a withdrawal is handled.
6. Who receives information
We use service providers to operate EarnBeam, including Supabase for authentication, Cloudflare for hosting and security, Glitchy for offer delivery, tracking and device checks, and the payout provider or gift-card issuer you choose. Advertisers and offer suppliers receive information needed to determine eligibility and attribute a completion. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or a business successor where lawful and necessary.
We send Glitchy your stable EarnBeam member ID so a completion can be credited to the right account. We do not use your email address or name as that tracking ID.
7. International processing
Some providers or offer partners may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use an available lawful mechanism and assess the transfer as appropriate. Contact us if you would like more information about relevant safeguards.
8. Retention
We keep account and profile data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Financial, reward, postback and withdrawal records may be retained longer where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations. Security logs and short-lived device-check tickets are kept only as needed for their purpose; a device ticket is not cached or reused for another user. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer reasonably required.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to use of your information, receive portable data, withdraw consent, and complain to a regulator. Requests can be sent to support@earnbeam.co. We may need to verify your identity first. UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
10. Security, children and updates
We use access controls, signed postbacks, server-side secrets, transaction deduplication and other proportionate safeguards. No online service can promise absolute security. EarnBeam is for people aged 18 or over and is not directed to children. We may update this policy and will change the date above; material changes will be communicated where required.
